Munich has never been a more popular shooting location than today. Since 2008, the number of shooting permits has doubled to 3000 days a year. In order to provide a fast handling of the permits, Munich will establish a Service Desk with three employees this year. These advisors will handle applications from the media exclusively. Anja Metzger from the FFF Film Commission describes the new Service Desk as a great advantage for the location as only few cities already have an own info center for shooting permits and this will be an effective improvement for the movie and TV scene.
